想明白了,直接打电话给客服,照例是三姐,照例是灵魂三问,本五耐心,平静,温柔地回答了,然后告诉她我收到了最后的账单,然后用最平和的语调问:“ What would happen with the credit on the final bill?"
三姐开始抱歉。
我开始安抚:”Please don't be, you did nothing wrong. You just happened to be the person handling my call. It can not be easy to listen to complaints and solve problems all day long."
对面三姐有点儿感动,告诉我支票马上就会发出来,我接着折腰,“That would be great. Is there a survey I could fill for you? I really appreciate your service today and would like to provide some feedback to your manager."
电话结束后不久,我收到了电邮,立马给三姐来了一个好评。
一个礼拜后,支票到了。我赶紧跑去告诉陛下为了您我都折腰了,陛下瞄了我一眼,把脑袋伏在爪子上,接着呼呼去了。
