[读书笔记] 丁尼生 《尤利西斯》 节选

本杰明格雷厄姆八十岁生日爬梯上对儿孙们做了个演讲,演讲最后以这一段诗作结尾。这首诗是写老年的,不过我看了后觉得很受激励,就抄录下来以作自勉:, W1 i$ T# J! U; R

1 L: \! v6 f& c1 B* QThe sounding furrows; for my purpose holds" ]2 ~/ V9 z) v1 D0 s  i1 [

6 c" W2 k+ g/ K) z/ a3 @! BTo sail beyond the sunset, and the baths5 P  q" L& j; c/ N- t( K

3 P4 B$ z8 t- Y+ @5 ]8 aOf all the western stars,until I die.

It may be we shall touch the Happy Isles,
