我看了半天，觉得这翻译的单位不对啊。

银行卡片一般分为借记卡（Debit Card、储蓄卡）、贷记卡（Credit Card、信用卡）。
从图中看，Debit Card、储蓄卡的交易额，银联大于VISA（160>155)；而Credit Card、信用卡的交易额，银联还小于VISA（53<87)；总交易额，银联还小于VISA（213<242)。单位应该是10亿美元？

Visa和银联一样，不是银行，而是交易清算机构。Debit卡和Credit卡只不过是不同的服务类型。 ...

在国内，银联是卡片制作单位，银行负责发卡（也有Visa、MC、运通卡，我家就都有）。银联要负责建立用卡渠道，银行也有自己的用卡渠道。
但行内的清算在各行自己负责，跨行的清算由人行负责。银联不管清算。
我估计美国也类似，这个不敢肯定了。如果visa能发“自己的”、没有银行标志的信用卡，也不一定有清算功能。
