分享托尔斯泰同学给大家讲政府的本质: 热度 26 草蜢 2012-3-23 11:51; 跟老兵在讨论京都旧事时，俺突然想起了托尔斯泰同学说过的一番话 “The misapprehension springs from the fact that the learned jurists, deceiving themselves as well as others, depict in their books an ideal of government - not as it really is, an assembly of men who oppress their fellow-citizens, but in accordance with the scientific postulate, as a body of men who act as the representatives of the rest of the nation. They have gone on repeating this to others so long that they have ended by believing it themselves, and they really seem to think that justice is one of the duties of governments. History, however, shows us that governments, as seen from the reign of Caesar to those of the two Napoleons and Prince Bismarck, are in their very essence a violation of justice; a man or a body of men having at command an army of trained soldiers, deluded creatures who are ready for any violence, and through whose agency they govern the State, will have no keen sense of the obligation of justice. Therefore governments will never consent to diminish the number of those well-trained and submissive servants, who constitute their power and influence.” 错误的观念来自于自欺欺人的饱学之士们，在他们的书中没有写到政府的真相 - 一帮压迫他们同胞的人，而是描写了理想中的政府，一群合理运用科学理论的人民代表。这帮饱学之士们对其他人不懈的说教导致了他们自己也开始相信了他们宣传，他们也开始认为正义公道是政府的职责之一。但历史教育了我们，政府从凯撒到两个拿破仑和俾斯麦殿下，他们的真髓都是对正义公道的蹂躏；一个人或一帮人在得到一个有一群训练有素的士兵（一群被蒙惑而且随时准备施暴的动物）的军队的指挥权后，通过这个工具统治国家机器，将不会对正义公道有强烈的责任感。所以政府从来不会同意削弱这些乖顺臣服而且训练有素的仆人们的力量，因为这是他们统治者的权力和影响的构成。托尔斯泰这个老愤青的真面目被蚱蜢挖掘出来了，供大家批判！; 1079 次阅读|11 个评论
