Not quite. The two can often be used interchangeably, such as "Do you recall what she said?" vs. "Do you remember what she said?". The difference is that recall brings something back into consciousness, whereas remember can be used to mean continuously retaining something in memory, e.g., "Remember what she just said!" You can't use "recall" in this case.
In the context of this poem, you may want to use "remembering/recalling time with my brothers in Shandong ..." |
