【家常便饭】山寨版鸡肉汤圆 and more~~~

看了《舌尖上的中国》第二季,不由得乡愁又起。突然想起春节时试做的这个贵州小吃~~~也是因为在微信群里跟中学同学聊天,想起她妈妈做的这碗美味。就打开冰箱,就地取材,山寨了这款咸口的汤圆。

同学的母亲是贵州兴义人,那里的鸡肉汤圆是有名小吃。记得2010年弟弟妹妹陪我去寻找儿时的记忆,在一家小店吃过一碗:

结果是~~~儿时的记忆其实是找不回来的:)

不过吃货的精神就是,馋了就得动手!

所谓山寨版,就是‘不正宗’的代名词~~~冻箱里只有火鸡肉末,加了姜末,葱花,盐,糖,料酒,一点点酱油,麻油,白胡椒粉还有切碎的藕拌匀做馅:

烤火鸡剩下的骨架熬汤,虽然也好,还是比不上家乡的土鸡汤。于是索性做成酸汤~~~翻出半瓶德国酸菜,又挤了半个柠檬,再撒些现磨的胡椒粉~~~别说,味道还挺好!

于是后来朋友家爬梯,又特意去买了材料用心做了一锅,还加了些虫草。可惜端去之后又等了好久才开饭,汤就不那么清了:

晚餐是吃饺子,师傅家后院自己种的韭菜和茴香做的馅。中美同学一起动手,很快就吃上了:

后面的凉皮貌似直接用面粉和的,没有用面洗,目测的话口感不筋道。

只要馅鲜汤头好,其实真挺好吃的~~~比饺子馄饨的口感好,很Q!

德国酸菜哪里都有啊,这是我常买的一种:

我会先泡一下冲一冲,减少些防腐剂。其实我写过的这个10分钟版酸菜就是德国酸菜的山寨版,而且防腐剂少很多(果汁里应该有点吧?):
