Jeffrey Li was born on February 25, 2005, and is from Toronto, Canada. In 2015, he appeared on the television shows China's New Generation of Sound and Little Big Shots, singing a duet of "You Raise Me Up" on the latter with Season 12 contestant Celine Tam.

He wants his parents to buy him a dog, and judge Simon Cowell told Jeffrey that he would buy him one if he did well in his audition.
