C, h- A2 _前10里只有狄更斯（远大前程、Bleak House（中文译名是什么？）、大卫·科波菲尔）和萨克雷（名利场）是男作家，其他都是女的：乔治·艾略特（本名Mary Ann Evans，用男性化的笔名）、弗吉尼亚·沃尔芙、勃朗特姐妹、玛丽·雪莱。算入前20的话，也有一半是女作家的作品，加上简·奥斯汀。全部100部作品中，也有40%是女作家的作品。只有狄更斯（远大前程、Bleak House）、大卫·科波菲尔、Dombey and Son）、奥斯汀（傲慢与偏见、爱玛、Persuasion、感觉与情感）、沃尔芙（To The Lighthouse、Mrs Dalloway、The Waves、Orlando）有四部作品入选，又是两个女作家。这是相当高的女作家比例。

/ @% Y& y, P+ Z( I呃，这里全部是英国作家的作品，而不包括英国之外的英语文学作品。这是由世界上82个文学批评家评的，其中没有英国人，纯粹是从外国人（美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、丹麦、印度）的角度来评的。很有意思的评比法。

劳伦斯的作品我看过的没上，没看过的上了。

* x+ Y4 O$ W5 w. [其实柯南道尔在文学体裁和叙事结构上都有创造，不是只是个写侦探小说的。

  K4 c+ l1 r: C- [倒是魔戒或者哈利波特我确实没觉得怎么样。

( P7 d4 i7 D* C! y; g: \这里面好些看过改编成电影的，原著倒真是没有怎么看。

数了一下，看过27本。Middlemarch属于我读过的最伟大的小说之一，可以和托尔斯泰，陀思妥耶夫斯基最好的小说相比。George Eliot别的小说象The Mill on the Floss和Silas Marner没有入选有点意外。To the Lighthouse, Mrs Dalloway对英国现代文学的影响很大，我读过后觉得是很精致，但是不觉得很了不起。

6 }$ z4 G9 @  q0 W4 f2 V. T5 }6 H7 ~9 W哈哈，Dracula确实对现代文学有很大影响。Harry Porter没有入选，倒是有点意外。我是不喜欢这鬼鬼怪怪的东西，但挡不住喜欢的人多啊。Middlemarch有那么好看啊，正在犹豫是不是要找来看看呢。看到评论说，不是说这本书死长，而是不够长，那看来就是很引人入胜了。

% F2 v/ F/ _) G8 b! c9 IDracula就文学水平上要比Harry Potter强很多，不过跟Frankenstein比还是要差一些。Frankenstein的小说要比后来一系列电影有思想，深刻的多。鉴于Mary Shelley后来的小说都不怎么样，有人怀疑Frankenstein是她丈夫诗人雪莱替她改过。

順便說一句很多同學都知道的事情，George Eliot是個女的。這榜的某些傾向性太明顯了，差評！, d* v1 z/ e- V. R0 _4 l

波特，我讀過，沒有上榜，裝逼差評。用簡單的材料、結構，寫出活生生的文字，這就是藝術。
